How much ink is consumed in an Image?

Answer: The ink consumption depends on the device profile used by Mimaki’s RasterLinkseries RIP.

You can calculate the ink consumption with the RasterLink series.(Use it as a rough guide for ink consumption.)

[Example 1] Data of ISO image (cafeteria: 833mm x 1041mm)
Print Condition:”SS21 ink, tarpaulin [448] Ver 3.0, 540 X 1080VD”
RIP used: RasterLinkPro5 SG Ver 2.30
About 12cc of ink is used in total of four colors.

[Example 2] Solid yellow 100% (1000mm x 1000mm)
Print Condition:”SS21 ink, tarpaulin [448] Ver 3.0, 540 X 1080VD”
RIP used: RasterLinkPro5 SG Ver 2.30
About 13cc of ink is used in total of four colors.
